Lost | Stolen | Undeliverable Packages

Once USPS takes possession of your package it is out of our control. If your order is lost, stolen, or you have any other issues with not receiving your package, please contact your local USPS location. They should be able to assist you in filing a claim.

Refunds + Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of our bath + body products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, all sales are final. We cannot accept any exchanges or returns due to a customer not liking a scent or product or being allergic to a product.

International Shipping

We are currently only offering shipping within the United States.

Package Damage

If your order has arrived with damage in transit, you must contact us with detailed photos of damage within 24 hours of receiving your package. At that time, we will assess the damage to find a resolution or replacement. If there is no contact after 24 hours of package delivery, we will not issue any replacement.

Hot weather + Melting

During hot summer months, keep in mind some products (body scrub, lip balm, body soap, etc.) can melt. Luxelocin is not responsible for any packages left in mailboxes or porches where melting can occur. Packages are tracked with exact times and will not be replaced due to ignoring your package. Order at your own risk if you live in certain areas where weather is very hot during summer months.

Keep in mind, most of the time if you put melted products in refrigerator for an hour to re-solidify and then let sit at room temperature for another hour, it should be fine.

Fragrance

Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to dissatisfied preferences with fragrance oils. Fragrances are different for everyone. We do our best to describe in detail each fragrance used.

Product variations

All of our products are handmade with love, please be aware that not all products with look identical. Most products should look similar but we will not give replacements or refunds due to differences in color. Most colors will be identical but the shade of color might not be identical due to products being made in small batches.

Please take the time to read full ingredients on listings before placing order. Luxelocin is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Please be responsible and do not order a product if you are sensitive or allergic to a specific ingredient. Please message us with questions if you aren’t sure.
